Boost (Japanese: 増幅, Kanji translation: Amplification, Romaji: būsuto) is an unclassified spell that activates the Demon's Blood Talismans[1]. It is chanted before the user casts another spell, and upon successful completition, it increases the user's bucket capacity by up to four or five times. Upon casting, the user must move his or her hands to make the shape of a cross with the four talismans.
The name of the spell is not directly mentioned on any Slayers guidebooks, as the incantation itself is one of the few which lack actual Power Words. It appears in at least one video game[2] (though only in katakana), and is also a reference to (and its kanji taken from) one of the names given to the Demon's Blood Talismans (see article).

- When Lina casts it in the second episode of Slayers Revolution, she changes the last line of the conjuration a bit, asking for more "magic power" (maryoku) instead of "power" (chikara).
