David Moo is an American voice actor. He is known for voicing Sanji in the 4kids dub of One Piece, and Xelloss in Slayers NEXT and Slayers TRY. David also loaned his voice in the earlier season of Slayers before he did voice Xelloss. Moo's theme song is Club Tropicana by Wham and he has recently started his own scuba diving company called Sea Cow.
