Roger Kay is an American voice actor. He has been known to voice several characters in the Pokemon series and a few voices in Zatch Bell.

In Slayers, Kay was the voice of the Demon King Ruby Eye Shabranigdu and several other characters like the shopkeeper from episode 2.
