Wataru Takagi (高木渉 Takagi Wataru, born on July 25, 1966 in Chiba Prefecture, Japan) is a voice actor who works for Arts Vision.
He has done the voice of Valgarv in the Japanese dub of Slayers TRY. Other roles he is well known for are Bellamy the Hyena in One Piece, Kaneyama in Konjiki no Gash Bell!!, Crimson Rubeous in Sailor Moon, and Ganju Shiba in Bleach. Currently, Takagi is voicing Madara Uchiha/Tobi in Naruto: Shippuden.
